Step 1: Logging on
Once logged in to your dashboard, press “PayOut” at the top action bar.
Step 2: Withdrawal form
Send funds to your own bank account or third parties via your desired payment method “International Transfer”, "Local Transfer” or to any crypto currency network (e.g. Bitcoin).
In order to understand whether you should select “International Transfer” or "Local Transfer” please refer to this other article.
International Wire Transfer - Input the following:
Beneficiary Information:
Account Holder
Account Holder Address
Account Holder Account Number
Beneficiary Bank Information:
Enter Bank Name
Enter Swift Code
Enter Branch Address
Intermediary Bank Information:
Click “+ Add intermediate bank” (if necessary)
Then enter information
For SEPA region payment - Input the following:
Beneficiary Information:
Account Holder
IBAN
Bitcoin - Input the following:
Beneficiary Information:
Wallet Address
Transaction Details:
Enter Amount
Select Currency
Select Purpose of Transaction
Enter Reference (Optional)
Further instruction (Optional)
Click “+ Attach file” and upload supporting documents (e.g. invoice)
Step 3: Confirm payment
Review your transaction amount and service fee. When you are ready, enter your password or 2FA (if enabled) and press “Confirm”.
Step 4: Transaction details
Overview : Click “Overview” tab to review the transaction information, if the information is inaccurate click “Cancel” button, otherwise click “Beneficiary” tab.
Beneficiary: Click “Beneficiary” tab to review the wire instructions, if the information is inaccurate click “Cancel” button, otherwise click “Attachment” tab.
Attachment: Click “Attachment” tab to upload any supporting documents of the transaction.
Invoice: Click “Proforma Invoice” button to download a transaction invoice
Congratulations, you are complete!
Your withdrawal request will be processed shortly. Our system will inform you via email about any updates regarding your transaction.
To review the status of your transaction, click “Transactions” on the main menu on the Dashboard and a list of all transactions will appear.
