1. Request Support via Intercom
First, you need to contact our support team to request a reset of your 2FA code.
Open Intercom: Navigate to the Intercom button on the bottom right of the platform.
Start a Conversation: Click the chat icon to start a new conversation.
Request Reset: Send a message to our support team requesting a reset of your 2FA code. Our admin may ask for proof of ID, Please follow the instruction.
2. Admin Resets Your 2FA Code
Once your request is received, our admin will process it:
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation message in Intercom once the reset has been completed.
Time Frame: Please allow up to 24 hours for our team to process your request. We strive to handle all requests as quickly as possible.
3. Reset Your 2FA Code via the Security Page
After receiving confirmation from our admin, you can reset your 2FA code:
Log In: Log into your account using your username and password.
Navigate to Security: Go to the Security page.
Select Security Settings: Find the section labeled "2-Factor Authentication".
Reset 2FA: Follow the on-screen instructions to set up a new 2FA code. This will involve scanning a new QR code or receiving a new setup key.
