Register your Customers KYC/KYB

Follow these steps to complete a KYC or KYB for yoru customers submission through your dashboard:

  1. Login to your Dashboard
    Start by logging in to your account using your registered credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Back Office
    Once logged in, go to the Back Office section from the main dashboard.

  3. Open the Customers Menu
    On the sidebar, select Customers to view the list of all registered customers.

  4. Select a Customer
    Browse or search for the customer you wish to submit KYC / KYB for, then click on their name to open their customer profile page.

  5. Submit KYC
    On the customer’s page, locate and click the Submit KYC / Submit KYB button.

  6. Fill in the KYC Form
    A modal window will appear. Enter the required information in the form fields.

  7. Upload Required Documents
    Attach all necessary identification and supporting documents as prompted.

  8. Upload & Submit
    Once you’ve completed the form and uploaded the documents, click Upload & Submit to finalize the KYC / KYB submission.

  9. Done!
    You’ve successfully submitted KYC / KYB for your customer. You can track the verification status from the customer’s profile page.
