Our User Guide to take you though the full onboarding process, with what information you are required to provide, the documents you will need on hand and how to upload your information.
Step 1:
Go to https://app.aerapass.io and press “Register now”
Step 2:
Select “Personal” and input the following information, then press “Create account”.
First Name
Last Name
Email
Password
Repeat Password
Check the box after reading the Terms and Conditions and Data Privacy Notice
Step 3:
An email verification code will be sent to you. Get the code from your email and input in the 5 boxes as shown below then click Submit.
Step 4:
Enable 2-Factor Authentication by following the steps on your screen.
Step 5:
We will now need to collect some personal information for KYC.
On the first step of the KYC verification you will need to provide:
First Name
Last Name
Middle Name (optional)
Date of Birth
Gender
Country of citizenship
Click "Proceed" to go to the next step.
Step 6:
On the second step of KYC verification you will need to provide:
Street and House Number
Suite / Unit / Floor/ Building
City
Postal Code
State
Country
Phone Country Code
Phone Number
Click "Proceed" to go to the next step.
Step 7:
On the third step of KYC verification you will need to provide:
Occupation
Source of Income and Wealth
Products and Services
Purpose of Account
Click "Proceed" to go to the next step.
Step 8:
Great! You have now completed Basic verification. You can now access some features including:
Unlimited Pay-ins
FX across global markets
1000 USD pay-out limit
Basic verification is great but if you want access to:
Unlimited pay-ins & payouts
Access to our card programs
Access to exclusive investment opportunities
and many more
We require document verification which only takes about 2-3 minutes. Completing this step will give you Full KYC verification status.

Step 9:
Our document verification has 3 steps:
Identity verification
Liveness check
Address verification
For a smoother experience, we suggest that you prepare your Identity and address document before starting.
Click "Start verification" when ready.
Step 10:
Select type and issuing country of identity document.
Click "Continue" to proceed.
Step 11:
Prepare your Identity document. Follow the tips from the screen.
Click "Continue" to proceed.
Step 12:
You can choose to upload your document or use your device's camera to capture it.
Click "Upload document" to proceed.
Step 13:
Prepare for liveness check. Follow the tips from the screen.
Click "Continue" to proceed.
Step 14:
Follow the instructions as they are shown on the screen.
Step 15:
Upload your proof of address. Accepted documents are displayed on the screen.
Click "Continue" to proceed.
Step 16:
Congratulations! After passing all the KYC checks you are now Full KYC verified.
You can now close the document verification page.
