If a Pre Paid Debit card is lost or stolen, the cardholder shall immediately report the loss to the Customer Service Center.

Note, that the cardholder is also able to block the card on their account within the card functionality.

At the time of reporting of loss, the customer service officer shall verify ID of the cardholder and the Pre Paid Debit card use information. Then the funds in the Pre Paid Debit card account will be frozen.

Once the report of the loss has been made, the cardholder may apply for re-issuance of the card. After successful re-issuance of card, the balance in the lost Pre Paid Debit card card account will be transferred into the new Pre Paid Debit card account.

Reporting of loss and re-issuance of new card will incur certain administrative expenses.
