If Pre Paid Debit card is lost or stolen, cardholders shall immediately report loss to Customer Service Center. At the time of reporting of loss, customer service officer shall verify ID information of cardholders and Pre Paid Debit card use information. Then the funds in the Pre Paid Debit card account will be frozen. After successful reporting of loss, cardholder may apply to the designated shops for re-issuance of the card. After successful re-issuance of card, the balance in the lost Pre Paid Debit card card account will be transferred into the new Pre Paid Debit card card account. Reporting of loss and re-issuance of new card will incur certain expenses.
