We ship cards in batches, usually this occurs weekly, on occasions it takes longer due to unforeseen events such as lockdowns.

We ship via Singapore Post, which issues you a tracking number.

This takes about 7 - 12 business days to deliver, depending on where you live.

You will receive a tracking number when its been dispatched. You can use the tracking code to view the status of your delivery on the Singapore Post website.

If you have not received the shipment notification you can rest assured that your card has been placed in the next batch.

We can also arrange a courier to express delivery, although this has its own costs you can ask support to help you out.
